1066 Wargaming
The Club
1066 Wargaming is a non-profit gaming club that has an active group of wargamers, board gamers & roleplayers from around the local area. We average around 40-60 gamers at our weekly meet and am keen to welcome new members. We play a huge variety of systems and have an active discussion group through facebook and our forums. We continue to use our members money to support games YOU want to play.
What we do
We offer a weekly club for active gaming groups or people looking to seek more players. As the club grows we plan to continue offering gaming events during the year to; firstly give competative and narritive play to our memebers and to offer opportunities for gamers from further afield to come and join our network.
We will continue to invest in supporting the game systems our members play and to support annual events and trips. If you have any suggestions or want to discuss any part of the club please speak to a comittee member.
Club Resources
The club continues to invest in the resources from purchasing terrain for supported systems to board games to be played on the night. Our terrain ranges from battle mats ranging in size from 3x3, 4x4 & 6x4. Sea, Space, Grass, Rocky and everything between. Adding to this we have various terrain covering different genres of sci fi, Fantasy, historic and Future Tech.
The club will continue to support games with additional club resource purchases and we will continue to expand the current tables and lines we have. If you want to ask us about what board games or types we have please contact us.
